Universal multimedia venue for holding press conferences, presentations, workshops and round tables of any scale. The complex fully meets the technical and functional requirements for media objects of federal significance.
Before the modernization the Republican Media Center "Sahamedia" was equipped with a common projector, office furniture and conventional ceiling lamps. The acoustic part did not have any acoustic panels and professional technical means for recording sound, which adversely affected the final quality of the video material.
In 2014 in accordance with the goals set by EA. Borisov, the President of the Republic of Sakha, the project on complex re-equipment of the republican press center was launched.
The implementation was preceded by a detailed analysis of the infrastructure of the leading Russian news agencies and media spaces. After the analysis a modernization program was developed, it took into account the current trends in the development of media technologies, as well as the means of production and broadcasting of content. The media center was to become a modern multifunctional multimedia venue, allowing the state media of the Republic of Sakha to take the leading position in the region.
Besides the technical equipment of the facility, DNK Corporation specialists performed the construction and finishing works, including the installation of the acoustic project for the press room and news studio premises and installation work on power supply and ventilation systems. The design project of the renovated press center was worked out from scratch by DNK Corporation together with the art director of Sahamedia.
To improve the quality of audio recording, the room is equipped with acoustic panels. The most current news is displayed on the installed "creeping line" panel. The video-documentation system of the meetings is implemented using the digital archive Formica-i-tec. The recorded materials can be transferred to customers or to the national archive.
The apparatus room of the press center is equipped with camera control systems and microphones, which provide full-format and control video recording.
The Republican media center is equipped with a studio zone, separated from the conference room by a glass partition. The studio zone is fully prepared for shooting various TV programs.
The distinctive feature of the project was the customer's requirements for the furniture supplied. We supplied the unique sets of made-to-order transforming furniture. Each of the halls is a modular room with the ability to be quickly optimized for the format required for the event, either a roundtable meeting for 25 seats or a forum with the participation of 65 guests.
