Всего 4 фотографииThe existing training classes have been substantially modernized and new ones have been created: a large studio Dolby Premier, a universal studio for sound and speech dubbing, audio and video editing rooms, a video capture station, a server network, a hardware copy and a viewing room. The dubbing studio of VGIK became the 18th studio in the world and the first in Russia, certified by Dolby Laboratories under the program Dolby Premier Studio. Universality of the studio consists not only in its readiness for speech and noise scoring, but also in the ability to conduct sound-editing works in its mixer in multi-channel audio formats up to Dolby Digital Plus 7.1.
The editing and tinting complex acquired a large dubbing studio, the core of which is a large premium console manufactured by AMS Neve in England at the AMS Neve factory specially for VGIK. In Russia this console was installed for the first time.
In May 2010 an educational television studio was commissioned, which can also be used for commercial purposes. Its capabilities allows creating any demanded TV product: short clips, videos, movies, etc. The core of the studio is the Cinegy automation system for seven workspaces. The next stage of the contract was the creation of a 4K DI complex. In November 2009 Vladimir Putin, the Prime Minister at that time, visited some units of the VGIK Training Studio, already put into beta-testing by DNK Corporation the general contractor. In the editing and tinting complex he was shown the modernized dubbing studios and the Universal Studio of Speech and Sound Scoring. V.S. Malyshev, the President of VGIK, spoke about the structure of the editing and tinting complex built and the principles of its work. V.V. Putin did not just inspect the premises and equipment, but also tried himself in the voice-over of a fragment of a film - he simulated the creaking of snow with the help of a special device in the studio.
The Prime Minister highly appreciated the increased level of technical equipment of the already modernized units of the VGIK Training Studio, and expressed the wish that the further implementation of the project on technical re-equipment of the VGIK should remain at the same high level: «What we see here, and I hope it will always be so: the state resources, which I mentioned at the beginning of my opening speech, are being spent in a businesslike, efficient way. Anyway, the studio we have seen is of a completely different quality and different level. It is really already possible to prepare class specialists both for cinema, and TV there. Project ResultDNK Corporation carried out a large-scale technical re-equipment of the VGIK. From scratch, an educational television studio was created and the editing and tinting complex of the VGIK educational studio was completely re-equipped.
